Project Acquisitions Corporation was first established in August 2001. The Company’s main focus was to provide an independent acquisition management service to a variety of clients, in particular property developers and investors. With a great deal of success in this area it has expanded its level of service to provide development advice/management services along with managing project placement/sales. The project placement management arose from advising clients on design, marketing and selling strategies which then gave PAC the opportunity to offer these properties to select clients prior to any media marketing campaign. This has proved to be very successful for all parties concerned, the purchasers and the developer who is able to sell properties with little or no marketing expense.
The Managing Director, Mr Nick Kerr graduated form Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology in 1991 having completed a Bachelor of Business- Property degree, majoring in Valuations. He also completed Certificate IV in business- Estate Agency Practice and is a licensed Estate Agent in Victoria. Over the past 10 years he has worked primarily in commercial agency roles specializing mainly in selling and advising on major properties suitable for development, both commercial and residential.
In 2001 Mr Kerr commenced Project Acquisitions Corporation Pty Ltd (formally Kerr Property Enterprises Pty Ltd). In the past few years the company has acquired approximately $130 million worth of property and advised on the development to the tune of approximately $80 million.
Project Acquisitions Corporation’s project placement service is now becoming a force in its own right, managing the sales of approximately $20 million.
